At StrengthSpan, we value the time and commitment of both our patients and our physical therapist. Because appointments are reserved specifically for you, we ask for at least a 24 hour notice for any cancellations or schedule changes for all physical therapy, wellness, and group fitness classes.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be subject to the full session fee. This policy helps us honor our therapist’s time and allows us the opportunity to offer that appointment to another patient or client seeking care.
We understand that unexpected situations arise, and we appreciate your understanding and consideration in helping us care for our community well.

Yes, telehealth is an option (just make sure to book that service when going through the janeapp booking site). In home may be an option later down the line, stay tuned!

StrengthSpan is primarily cash-based practice, but we will be taking Medicare soon!

Unlike traditional clinics that often offer short appointments, being passed off to a physical therapy aide, being double booked and/or passive treatments, StrengthSpan combines evidence-based physical therapy with strength training, manual therapy, and one on one time with your physical therapist. We take the time to understand your goals, whether that’s traveling comfortably, hiking again, gardening, keeping up with grandkids, or returning to the gym and create a plan that supports recovery and lifelong health.
We also bridge the gap between rehabilitation and fitness. Instead of discharging you on your own once symptoms improve, we have wellness visits and group fitness options, like Strong to the Bone to help you continue to support stronger muscles, bones, and function as you age.
